For fingerprinting & background check offices
Most fingerprinting calls come in while you’re open and busy with a customer. Lorie answers the quick ones (hours, walk-ins, price, what to bring), texts your booking link, and emails you a summary of every call.

Fingerprinting callers ask the same few things, over and over, while you’re with a customer. Lorie answers them, and every call lands in your log with the reason and the outcome.
How Lorie handles each one
When something isn’t in your info, she takes a message for you.
The most common call. She asks what it’s about and answers it if she can. If they still want a person, you get an urgent email with their words.
She knows today’s date and your hours at each location.
She tells them your walk-in rules, or texts your booking link during the call.
She answers from your price list. If a service isn’t on it, she doesn’t guess. She takes a message.
Nursing, caregiver, school, daycare, hazmat, TSA, taxi, security: she checks your service list and tells them where and how.
Photo ID, agency codes, whatever your office requires.
Once a caller names a location, she keeps it for the rest of the call.
Your office doesn’t hold results, so she gives them the right agency’s number instead of tying up your line.
She switches to Spanish for the rest of the call. Your summary email still comes in English.
You get an email so you can call or text them back.
Text me, and she tells callers that same day and points them to your open location.
Why this matters
Joey
Founder, VozSync
You can’t stop rolling prints to answer the phone. Every missed call is someone who needs prints for a job or a license, and they’ll call the next office on the list.
I already run this for a fingerprinting office, so these are the calls I’ve actually seen, not guesses.

No. Results come from the agency, not your office. Lorie gives the caller the agency’s phone number so they ask the right place.
She doesn’t guess. She tells them the team will confirm and takes their name and number, and you get the message by email.
Yes. When a caller asks for Spanish, she speaks Spanish for the rest of the call. You still get the summary in English.
She texts your booking link during the call. I connect it to the booking tool you already use, like YouCanBook.me or Calendly.
Yes. I give her each location’s hours, address and services, and she answers for the one the caller asks about. Extra locations are priced before I start.
